Britney Spears Father Suspended as Conservator of Her $60 Million Estate

LOS ANGELES—Britney Spears’ father was suspended as conservator of her $60 million estate, and a new conservator was named, as the court moves toward unwinding the 13-year arrangement that the pop star has called abusive.

At a hearing Wednesday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny said the pleadings made it clear that “the current situation is not tenable.”
